Samurai Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SAMURAI") offers the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outlined herein as guides for PAID members ["User(s)"] utilizing the SAMBAR Web site ("Site" and "the Site"). Please read all information carefully. By using this Web site, Users agree to be bound by these Terms. If Users accept these Terms, they should periodically review these Terms as SAMURAI may revise them from time to time as may be necessary. Visitors, viewers, users, you, subscribers, members, affiliates, or customers, collectively referred to herein as "Visitors," are parties to this agreement. The website and its owners and/or operators are parties to this agreement, herein referred to as "Website."
As part of the SAMBAR registration, login day-to-day usage, notification process, you agree to opt-in to receive SMS messages to your mobile telephone. This opt-in option to receive messages will remain in force until you deactivate your account on SAMBAR website. If you do not approve this request to receive SMS messages to your mobile telephone- DO NOT REGISTER ON SAMBAR WEBSITE.
When a User wishes to create an account on the Site, a Username is always associated with the account. Once an account is created on the Site by a User, all actions taken by the User on the Site are monitored, recorded and analyzed. All such transactional history becomes part of the User profile and recorded on the Site’s backend infrastructure forever and will never be deleted from the Site’s backend infrastructure, even when the User explicitly deletes or updates such information from the User profile pages. When a User decides not to use the Site services and wishes to delete the account, the account and the associated username is never deleted on the Site, it can only be deactivated and all past transactional history will reside on the Site backend infrastructure forever. All accounts are for personal purpose only. Users are prohibited from sharing articles, analyst reports, whitepapers, strategies, trades or trade-related information with others.
1. You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Service.
2. To access and use the Service, you must register for an account ("Account") by providing your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information whether required or not on the registration form. You agree to provide a latest photo of yourself and upload the same as your profile image. Having a valid profile image is mandatory and must be done within seven days after registration. We may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, at any time, in our sole discretion. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions - DO NOT REGISTER and DO NOT USE SAMBAR SERVICE offered by SAMURAI.
3. Every Account has a designated account owner ("Account Owner"). You acknowledge that SAMBAR will use the email address provided for the login for the Account Owner as the primary method for communication and notices. You acknowledge and accept to keep your physical address is current on profile at all times so that we may communicate with you via USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHS or other carriers in case of lost passwords, return of un-used funds, or for any other reasons.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. SAMBAR will not be liable for any loss or damages from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
5. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
6. You may not share login credentials to the Service (identified by a unique email and password) among multiple individuals. You may create separate logins accounts for as many people as you’d like by subscribing to a subscription plan for each login account.
7. You must be a human at all times while interacting with SAMBAR services. Accounts registered by "bots" or used by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. Providing false or fraudulent declaration or representation, oral or in writing while registering or communicating with SAMBAR or by any false means, shall be liable in a civil action for any damages.
A ‘U.S. Person’ is defined by Regulation S (promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933) in Section 902(k)(1) defines a U.S. person as one who is permanent resident inside the United States of America.
The Site and its information are intended for use by United States residents only. Countries outside the United States may have regulatory requirements that differ from the United States and, therefore, this information may be inappropriate for use outside the United States.
Your access to the site is valid for the full duration of the length of the membership plan you have selected (usually this is ongoing until you cancel your membership). You will be automatically re-billed under the terms of your subscription. Your account will remain active until the current term has expired. The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, and travel expenses.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delaware, USA. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation to this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SAMURAI as a result of this agreement or use of this Site. SAMURAI's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of SAMURAI's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by SAMURAI with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. The failure of SAMURAI to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and SAMURAI and govern your use of the Site services, superseding any prior agreements between you and SAMURAI (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).

If SAMURAI chooses not to enforce any of these provisions at any time, it does not mean that we give up that right later.
